Police in York Region say six people are facing charges after a multi-jurisdictional drug trafficking investigation that led to the seizure of more than 100 kilograms of cocaine.

They say several law enforcement agencies -- including police forces in Toronto and Durham Region, provincial police and Correctional Service Canada -- were part of the investigation that began three months ago.
