OTTAWA - A 38-year-old man has been charged in a downtown Ottawa crash that killed a man in his 70s and injured several others earlier this year.

Police say an SUV collided with a building at the corner of Rideau and Cobourg streets, where a centre called The Drop-In, run by Capital City Mission, offers meals, coffee and clothing to people in need, the morning of Feb. 25.
