N.S. premier open to permanent daylight time if rest of Atlantic region agrees

HALIFAX - The premier of Nova Scotia says he'd be open to implementing permanent daylight time if the other Atlantic provinces are on board.

Tim Houston says abandoning the twice-annual clock change is not something Nova Scotia would do alone.
