Christmas Day storm to bring snow, high winds to much of Newfoundland and Labrador

ST. JOHN'S - A Christmas Day storm is heading for Newfoundland and Labrador, with up to 50 centimetres of snow expected in parts of the province.

Environment Canada has issued storm and blowing snow warnings for much of Newfoundland and southeastern Labrador, calling for blowing snow and treacherous travelling conditions.
