Residents of an upstate New York town held a candlelight vigil for a nine-year-old Montreal girl whose father is charged with murdering her. Scores of people in Ticonderoga gathered at a park for an emotional tribute to Melina Frattolin, whose body was found in the community. (July 23, 2025)
