TORONTO - Toronto reliever Tyler Rogers says the Blue Jays were the first team to reach out to him on the opening day of free agency.聽

He adds the Blue Jays were "more aggressive" than any other club, with the two sides eventually agreeing to a three-year deal worth US$37 million.聽
