Owner of Saskatchewan "Queen of Canada" compound charged with assaulting officers

RICHMOUND - RCMP say a man has been charged with assaulting two police officers in a southwestern Saskatchewan village where so-called followers of the "Queen of Canada" have set up a compound. 

Mounties say 61-year-old Ricky Manz has also been charged with assault, resisting arrest and uttering threats in Richmond, 440 kilometres west of Regina near the Alberta boundary.
