Man who killed sister in Manitoba mass stabbing was out on bail: court records

WINNIPEG - RCMP say a man killed his sister and wounded several others Thursday in a stabbing rampage on a Manitoba First Nation. He then fled and was killed in a highway crash with a Mountie who was responding to the attack at Hollow Water First Nation.
