Alberta Premier Danielle Smith gifted Ontario Premier Doug Ford a buckle from the annual rodeo after the pair signed trade and energy agreements. They laughed as Ford struggled to put the new buckle on his belt and recalled how a different buckle fell off while Ford was giving a speech the day before when Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe was also in the crowd.
