The NATO Parliamentary Assembly, a transatlantic forum of about 300 parliamentarians from the organization's 32 member nations, arrives in Dayton for their five-day meeting at a time when the Trump administration has over whether the U.S. would defend NATO allies in Europe without them committing larger percentages of their budgets to defense spending.
