Via Rail is celebrating the completion of the Halifax station's restoration. CEO Mario P茅loquin says there are plans underway to improve the three-times-per-week service between Montreal and Halifax, called The Ocean. The service is frequently late and needs new rail cars. (July 15, 2025)
