NHL veteran Milan Lucic joins Blues’ AHL affiliate on professional tryout

ST LOUIS - Veteran forward Milan Lucic has joined the St. Louis Blues’ AHL affiliate, the Springfield Thunderbirds, on a professional tryout.

The 37-year-old Vancouver native was with the Blues on a tryout during training camp before a lower-body injury kept him out of action. He scored a goal and an assist in four preseason games.
