HALIFAX - A group of emergency room doctors released an open letter to Nova Scotia鈥檚 premier Thursday expressing worry that changes announced for the province鈥檚 stressed emergency departments won鈥檛 address the problem.

The letter to Tim Houston, signed by 39 doctors in the province鈥檚 largest and busiest ER, said the real problem is not the 鈥渙veruse鈥 of emergency departments but a lack of bed space for ER patients.
