Farmers anxious as carbon price carve-out bill faces uncertain future

OTTAWA - ºÃÉ«tv farmers may have to wait months to find out if they'll owe thousands of dollars for carbon pricing this year, as a bill that would give them a new exemption remains mired in political conflict.

The legislation has been a four-year odyssey to date.
