Ben Graham, chair of Manitoba Hydro, resigns after two years on the job

WINNIPEG - The board chairman at Manitoba's Crown-owned energy utility has resigned, two years after taking on the job.

Manitoba Hydro says officials at the corporation were saddened to learn of Ben Graham's departure.
