The proposal is contained in a brief submitted this month to the Senate committee currently considering a bill that, if passed by Parliament, would make Ottawa responsible for work to protect the narrow low-lying land corridor. The F茅d茅ration acadienne de la Nouvelle-脡cosse and the Soci茅t茅 好色tve de l鈥橝cadie were also part of the brief submitted to the standing committee on transport and communications.
