Man charged with murder after unprovoked attack in Richmond Hill, Ont.: police

Police say a 23-year-old man has been charged with murder after a man was killed in an unprovoked attack outside his home north of Toronto. 

York Regional Police say they responded to an assault Wednesday evening in Richmond Hill, Ont., and found a man with serious injuries.
