OTTAWA - An 18-year-old suspect is facing a murder charge in Ottawa after a fatal stabbing in the city's west end on Monday evening.

Ottawa police say officers rushed to the 2900 block of Penny Drive around 6:45 p.m. and found a 43-year-old man with life-threatening injuries.
