Carney to meet other leaders attending UN General Assembly

NEW YORK - Prime Minister Mark Carney is pitching Canada as a reliable trading partner that "has what the world wants" before an international audience today in New York City.

Addressing the Council on Foreign Relations think tank in New York City before attending the UN General Assembly, Carney says Canada has the resources, talent and ingenuity the world needs.
