Former Toronto Raptors vice-chairman and president Masai Ujiri posted a farewell video on his Giants of Africa channel, in which he thanked the organization, the fans and players, past and present. On June 27, the Raptors announced that Ujiri had been fired, marking the end of a more than decade-long run that delivered the franchise its first NBA championship. (July 7, 2025)
