TORONTO - Toronto FC midfielder Niklas Dorsch has had successful surgery to repair a facial fracture, the club said Friday.

Dorsch sustained the injury when he took an elbow to his cheekbone in the 91st minute of TFC’s 3-3 draw against Charlotte FC on Wednesday.
