MONTREAL - CAE Inc.鈥檚 new chief executive Matthew Bromberg says it鈥檚 time to clamp down on costs and 鈥渉arvest鈥 profits from its vast flight training network, rather than hunt for big expansions.

Bromberg, who stepped into the top job in August, is forecasting 10 per cent lower capital expenditures than was previously predicted for the year amid slowing demand for air travel and commercial pilots.
